Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you're not, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

How to start a return: email blake@midamericadistribution.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply within one business day with return instructions and the address to send your return to. Items sent back without a return authorization can't be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Return shipping: unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items: items that have been used, washed or damaged after delivery, and items marked final sale.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.
