Shipping policy

Where we ship: addresses in the contiguous United States. We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the U.S.

Shipping rates: free standard shipping on orders of $49 or more. Orders under $49 ship for a flat $6.95.

Processing time: most orders ship within 15 business days (about 3 weeks, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). We'll email you if anything changes.

Delivery time: most orders arrive 2–6 business days after they ship, via USPS, UPS or FedEx.

Tracking: you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages: if your package arrives damaged or shows as delivered but didn't arrive, contact blake@midamericadistribution.com within 7 days and we'll make it right.
